“Anahata Lotus” is an inspired live recording of meditative music for deep relaxation featuring Camilla Nova on crystal bowls, Elvina Munir playing Navajo flute, concert flute and energy chimes, Amna Ali Kamal singing Indian ragas and playing tanpura and Daeva Skye playing Celtic harp. It offers the depth and richness from many cultures, ancient and modern using only acoustic instruments and the natural healing harmonics they produce.
This music is meditative and transformational, allowing one’s consciousness to relax and experience the deep peace and perfect flow innate within, taking one on a journey into the exquisite stillness of Being.
The crystal singing bowls open doorways to deeper consciousness, allowing spirit to flow through the music. Performed as spontaneous live improvisation, both the musicians and the audience are transported into deep trance and a unique journey together.
